Terms of use

These terms apply to the libras.life website and, once it opens, to the Libras app.

1. Access

Libras is for adults only. Joining early access is free and without commitment. When the app opens, sign-up will require a successful identity check. One account per person.

2. Behaviour

You agree to follow the community guidelines. Threats, harassment, outing someone's apostasy, proselytising, hate and scams lead to suspension or a permanent ban, and may be reported to the authorities.

3. Content

You keep ownership of your content. You allow us to show it to other members according to your privacy settings, and only for that purpose.

4. Subscriptions

Libras Plus and Libras Gold are monthly subscriptions, renewed automatically and cancellable at any time. Payment is processed by Stripe. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription. Safety features stay free for everyone.

5. Liability

Libras provides safety tools but cannot guarantee how members behave when meeting. Meet in a public place and let a trusted person know.

6. Suspension

We may suspend an account as a precaution after multiple reports, pending human review.
